6. Failed Delivery and Return Shipments

- Consignee Unavailable: If the recipient is unavailable or the provided address is incorrect, the package will be marked for return to our warehouse.
- Reshipping Charges: If an order is returned to us due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, non-availability, refusal to accept without valid reason), the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping and handling charges incurred for both the return and any subsequent reshipment attempt.
7. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery
